We will do our best to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied, as customer satisfaction is very important to us. We want your experience with Island Gift Baskets to be a good one. Please email us at [email protected] or call us at 250-334-3348 with any concerns you have. 

At Island Gift Baskets we take great care in packaging all of our baskets to ensure that they arrive in excellent condition. Because we cannot personally hand deliver all of the baskets ourselves, please report any damaged shipments to us within 24 hours of receipt. We will be happy to replace the damaged item once the gift item is returned to our facility for inspection. Please retain original packaging, as the courier may require this. 

Due to the nature of our gift baskets (Food and Bath products), there are no returns on our baskets due to Health and Safety concerns. However,
we will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return.
